After a brief move to Oklahoma, Larry spent the remainder of his short life in Wichita.
At the time of his death he was preparing to move to California where he planned to take up a career in the travel industry.
He is survived by his parents, Kathy Haviland and Roger Pierce as well as three siblings including Terri Troutman class of '89. Though his life was cut short, he is now free to travel wherever his spirit may lead.
